Camp Details
What is it?
A four-week program of fitness instruction, food modification,
nutritional counseling, diet planning, & motivational training
provided by Kelly Hanscom. Kelly is a Certified Adventure Boot Camp
Instructor, Certified in nutrition, group exercise, Body Training Systems,
TKO, Power pacing, and Personal Training. Each day, camp will be one hour in length and will begin
promptly at designated time. Camp is held throughout Vernon. Campers are given schedules at the
start of each camp outlining upcoming locations.
What if I'm not very physically fit?
NOBODY will be left behind or asked to complete more than they are
capable of doing safely. Nor will anybody go home unchallenged! Men and Women
of all ages and abilities are welcome to participate.
What types of exercises are included in the
program?
Exercises include: crunches, short distance running (less than one
mile), hill lunges, calisthenics, jumping rope, circuit training,
obstacle course, hiking, medicine ball training, obstacle courses, PAR
course, push-ups, surprises, and more! This technique was developed by
fitness expert John Spencer Ellis.
How
often will we meet?
Participants will meet every Monday through Friday for one hour during
the four-week program. All participants will be expected to arrive on
time.

What
do I need to bring?
Running shoes, a towel, a water bottle and your sense of adventure. We'll bring the rest!
So,
what will I get out of it?
You will acquire a completely new body that will surely make you proud.
Members that shine through with effort and / or enthusiasm will be awarded a
Boot Camp T-Shirt.
Why
should I participate?
You will make a dramatic improvement in your physical and mental
well-being. In addition, you'll meet great people who share your same
passion for acquiring a more healthy body and mind. You will be
finished with your training before the rest of the world even
gets started!
What
is the cost (investment in myself)?
We offer many different price structures and payment options. Please contact us
to determine the package that will best suit you!
We
are now accepting pre-registration
for the next camp. You will get your pre-camp evaluation by your coach
prior to the start of camp. Once we receive your registration
information you will be notified to make an appointment.

Space

Guest
Day is for your family and friends who want to give boot camp a
try. We will be conducting other camps later in the year. Please
inquire about which days you can bring someone to visit with us.
